Sonia Holstein is a professionally trained Chef, Recipe Developer, Food Writer, Stylist and Culinary Creative. Armed with flakey salt and bold flavors, she loves to bake bread and host dinner parties.

Her speciality is Mediterranean and Italian-inspired food, with a focus in Middle Eastern cuisine. Expect mezze boards with dips and housemade pita, fresh seafood and seasonal-driven produce.

She cooks with her goal in mind: always leave guests wanting seconds. Originally from Chicago, she now calls San Francisco home.
